I was a bit skeptical after finding Panterai online for a private transfer from Venice to Ravenna, but I booked with Daniel and couldn’t be happier I did. Daniel was very professional and communicated clearly and his price was very fair. He sent driver Paolo who was extremely helpful and professional. Paolo even called me and drove 30 minutes back to our destination after he noticed that I left a shopping bag (containing designer items a less honest driver would have kept) in the car. Overall, excellent experience. I couldn’t be happier to have found them! Highly recommend!!

Great shuttle service! They picked us up at 6:30 in the morning and drove us to the airport. So much cheaper than a taxi! And he drove us to the COVID testing station and waited with us till 7 am for it to open, then drove us to check in. Great service!

Daniel was such a great driver - he really went above and beyond for us. Helped us book a tour at the Ferrari museum on our way from Venice to Florence and helped arrange other drivers for the remainder of our trip. I highly recommend using him over any other drivers around! A++++

We just traveled this week to Venice and I Booked Pantarei Chauffer Service. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service was excellent. We had booked a pick-up at the cruise terminal for our return to the airport for 10am and the ship arrived early and we were out by 8am. I contacted Daniel via text and he responded within seconds that he would accommodate our early arrival. Within less than 30 minutes we were in the way in a Mercedes Van to the airport. Because of Daniel’s professionalism and accommodating us we did not have to wait outside the terminal (rainy) for another 2 hours. My Daughter will be booking him for her upcoming Venice trip. We miss Daniel already. He deserves more than 5 stars. Daniel is above all such a nice guy. His driving is excellent as he’s really experienced (he’s driven from Italy to Spain, ask him about it :)). He will also give you a little guide on what you see during your car ride. He is very polite and will open and close your door and help with baggage. He accommodated us and gave us advice on travelling in Italy. His prices are very reasonable, cheaper than taxis even I think. We were so happy to see him after we were done with our trips and he was there waiting to pick us up. You need to book this guy ASAP! Grazie Daniel!
