Princess Cruises is a cruise line currently under Holland America Group within Carnival Corporation & plc, the world’s largest travel leisure company. Princess began in 1965 and since 2003, as an American-based company, its executive control was transferred to Carnival’s American operations with Holland America Group. Today Carnival Corporation owns Carnival Cruise Line, Carnival Australia, Holland America Line, Cunard Line, AIDA Cruises, Seabourn, Costa Cruises, and P&O Cruises.

The line has 18 ships cruising global itineraries that are marketed to both American and international passengers. Other 2 additional ships will be added in the next years.

Worldwide destinations

Princess offers a casual yet refined traditional cruise experience, and sails all over the world with ships ranging from 672 passengers to 3560. With more worldwide cruise destinations than any other major line, it has nearly 100 itineraries ranging from seven to 102 days.

In Venice

For 2020, of Princess fleet, just Sea Princess (Sun Class) will sail to Venice. Furthermore, Island Princess (Coral class) is scheduled for 2021.
